Do you provide private transportation services?

Yes!  Our private shuttles start at $200 one way.

 

Do you provide car seats and/or booster seats for infants and children?

Yes!  We have 2 car seats and 2 booster seats available for use for no additional cost.  If you would prefer to bring your own car/booster seat, we would be happy to store it for you during your cruise for no additional charge.

 

What happens if I miss my scheduled shuttle?

Depending on the originally scheduled pick up time and our availability for that day, we may be able to get you on our next scheduled shuttle.  We also work with a group of other shuttle providers and could possibly get you moved over to ride with another shuttle provider.  Unfortunately, refunds would not be available in these situations if you need to make other arrangements.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You must cancel 48 hours in advance of the initial pick up date.  If we receive cancellation before 48 hours, a 90% refund of your fare will be issued with 7-10 business days.  No refunds will be given for cancellations of 48 hours or less.
